Take a moment to think about and maybe even jot down what problem you are having, and what you were doing just before the problem occurred. Knowing the "path" to the problem makes it so much easier for our support techs to identify the problem and help you get going again.
If this is a problem with your internet or TV service it is very helpful to know what sort of equipment you are using. For example, for internet issues, take a moment to get the brand name of your router or for television look at your TV Receiver and jot down the make, model and ID number if you can see it. This sort of information can help a great deal in sorting out your problem.
