Job Overview:
A Provisioner manages the administrative aspects of provisioning and activating services for residential and business customers. This role involves coordinating with various teams, handling documentation, and ensuring that all service orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Manage the scheduling and administrative tasks associated with provisioning fiber, copper and wireless services.
- Order Processing: Enter and track service orders in our system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the provisioning process, providing updates and answering questions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with field technicians, customer support, inventory and outside vendors to coordinate service activation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of provisioning activities, service orders, and customer interactions.

Technical Support Representative
LocalTel Communications is looking for energetic, friendly and motivated people to join our Technical Support Department. Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition. Experience troubleshooting internet, television, and phone service preferred, but not necessary. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
