My guide just says "No data" on every channel

Reboot the set top box. You can do that by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds. You can also reboot the set top box by unplugging the power cord and then plugging it right back in.

All channels have nothing but a subscription request message

The remote control is not controlling the set top box

Push the CBL button on the top of the remote. If that doesn't work, verify that the component button lights up when pressed, if it doesn't, try changing the batteries.

My channels are freezing and pixelating

Reboot the set top box. You can do that by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds. You can also reboot the set top box by unplugging the power cord and then plugging it right back in. If that doesn't improve it please call our repair department.

If all your TVs are not working:

Check your other fiber services. If they are working, please give us a call at 509-888-8888 for assistance. If they are not working, please check the fiber box power supply. Every fiber connection in Chelan County has a power supply that was installed when the service was activated. This piece of equipment is a white or grey rectangle box measuring approximately 8" by 10", will say "APC" or Powershield" and will be hanging on a wall and plugged into a standard outlet. This unit cannot get wet and is generally inside or in a covered box and will always be within 50 feet of the PUD's fiber box outside. If this unit gets unplugged or loses power, all fiber services will drop within a few minutes to a few hours. Once you find this box, please verify that it has two green lights on it, this will indicate if the unit is powered up or not. If not, check the outlet for a GFI reset button or your circuit breaker box to make sure a fuse hasn't blown. Once power is restored to the fiber box, all services will come back on within a few minutes. If this does not resolve your issue, please give us a call at 509-888-8888 for assistance.

I have snow on all channels on 1 TV. The others are fine

Check the coax cable in the back of the TV to make sure it's not loose. Check to make sure you are on the correct input. If you are not sure which input you should be on, scroll through all the options to see if any of them bring the service back.

Audio on one channel is not working

If you have our set top box press the settings button and scroll down to secondary Audio (SAP). Verify that it is off. If it is off and you still don't have sound please call our repair department.

The TV picture does not fill the screen

IIf you have one of our set top boxes press the pound key on the remote we provided you until the picture looks right. If you do not have one of our set top boxes, you will need to consult your TV manual.
